• Products can be returned within 1 day of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Certain products like innerwear, customized items, or clearance-sale products may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order ID and reason for return.
• Once approved, the product must be shipped back as per instructions provided.

3. Shipping Charges

Important:

• Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount in case of returns.
• If free shipping was availed during purchase, the original shipping cost will still be deducted.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with proper images.
• In such cases, replacement or full refund will be provided as per policy.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
